There is no limit on the number of seats, however there is a minimum of three agents required. Each Tikit subscription is customized based on your organizational needs. We offer three different plans with varying functionality as well as monthly or annual terms. You pay per agent, with discounts available the more seats you purchase. Check out pricing options on our pricing page here. There is no cost for end users solely submitting requests into Tikit.
Can I Change My Plan After Purchase?
Yes, you can change plans and/or subscription terms easily within the billing section of the Tikit web UI. Reference this KB article if you need help updating billing.
